Job Summary:

The Logistics Operator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations, including the coordination of import and export activities. The role ensures timely and efficient movement of goods while maintaining communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and monitor import and export shipments
• Coordinate with shipping lines, brokers, and other service providers
• Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and process necessary shipping and documentation requirements
• Assist in coordinating and communicating with clients regarding shipment updates
• Address client inquiries and provide timely updates on logistics status
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations
• Support overall logistics operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field
• With or without experience (experience in logistics is an advantage)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
