What Youll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the marketing team
• Assist in managing schedules, timelines, and campaign trackers
• Organize and maintain marketing files, assets, and documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams for campaign requirements
• Handle purchase requests, billing, and other administrative processes
• Assist in posting and scheduling content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Support event preparations and logistics coordination
• Track and monitor inventory of marketing materials (collaterals, merchandise, etc.)

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Experience in administrative, marketing, or coordination roles is an advantage
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with basic digital platforms and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel)
• Proactive and willing to support across different marketing initiatives
