Senior Technical Manager - Renewable Energy, Makati

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead technical management and solution development for solar, wind, or energy storage projects.
• Lead technical proposal preparation during tender stage, including system configuration, energy yield analysis, and construction planning.
• Optimize technical solutions considering local conditions (typhoon, high temperature, humidity).
• Provide technical guidance during construction and ensure quality control.
• Participate in equipment selection (modules, inverters, mounting systems) and supplier evaluation.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and EPC teams to ensure project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local grid and regulatory requirements (e.g., DOE, ERC).

 Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in renewable energy projects, with large-scale solar or wind project exposure.
• Familiar with PV system design, energy yield analysis, and construction techniques.
• Experience in tender technical proposal preparation.
