Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any business and marketing related course; IT course.
  • With at least one (1) year experience in sales or business development work.
  • Familiarity with sales and presentation techniques, excellent communication skills, pro-active and diplomatic attitude to customers, product knowledge

Duties And Responsibility:
  • Achieves the set monthly and annual sales target.
  • Able to develop new active account and maintain the current account.
  • Conduct direct acquisition sales activities.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive quotes to customers and identify actual transport requirements of potential customers
  • Act as an initial point of contact in negotiation and other customer-related concerns as per agreed sales procedure and policies.
  • Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries.
  • Make phone calls to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Gather market and customer information necessary for achieving goals and target.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to accomplish a closed sales deal.
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
  • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
  • Act as telemarketer for potential clients and end users.
  • Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and concerned managers.
  • Establish mutual beneficial relationship with clients by negotiating terms of agreement and by challenging objections with a view to close sales deals.
  • Keep track of all of sales process and activities in multiple accounts to further sales opportunities simultaneously at any given time:
  • Record sales and order information and send copies to the sales office, or enter into a computer system.
  • Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Attend team meeting and share best practice with colleagues.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations and the manager with quick on-the-spot updates of sales forecast.
  • Feed future buying trends back to employers.
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
