Marketing Head, Makati

The Marketing Head will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to promote a diverse portfolio of food and beverage brands, including a Japanese restaurant concept. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, managing digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and creative, with strong experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution within the F&B industry.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
• Lead branding initiatives for the Japanese restaurant, including digital marketing and public relations efforts
• Manage and oversee the companys social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising
• Plan and execute promotional activities such as product launches, events, and in-store marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry
• Proven ability to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Proficient in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and paid advertising
• Experience in analyzing marketing data and translating insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
