Sales and Inventory Audit Officer, Makati

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales and Inventory Audit Officer to ensure accuracy of sales and inventory records. The role involves auditing transactions, reconciling stock reports, and identifying discrepancies to protect company assets and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit sales transactions and inventory records
• Compare physical stock vs system/POS data
• Investigate and report discrepancies or variances
• Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Procurement

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 12 years experience in audit (inventory/sales/internal)
• Knowledge of POS and inventory systems
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Willing to do field/store audits
• Experience in restaurant/food industry audit is an advantage
