Job Title: Promotional Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Promotional Marketing Specialist to support and manage our brands presence across digital platforms. This role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of our social media accounts, including YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, with the goal of enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining company accounts on YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to improve reach and engagement
• Optimize posts using appropriate keywords, hashtags, and platform-specific best practices
• Track and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, traffic) and prepare reports
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities
• Respond to comments and messages to maintain active audience engagement
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• With at least 1-3 years experience in regards to the Job Description.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., video editing, graphic design) is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
