• Provide essential support to immigration lawyer.
• Researching and outlining new policies and laws relevant to cases.

Application Processing:

• Review and process visa applications accurately and efficiently.
• Verify documents to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Ensure all required forms, supporting documents, and fees are submitted correctly.

Client Assistance:

• Provide guidance to applicants on visa procedures, timelines, and requirements.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding application statuses or issues.

Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and government agencies for application approvals or clarifications.
• Communicate updates or additional document requirements to applicants promptly.

Record Management:

• Maintain accurate records of visa applications an their statuses in the company's database.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Report any discrepancies or fraudulent activities to management.

Quality Assurance:

• Double-check applications for accuracy to minimize errors and delays.
• Assist in improving visa processing workflows and systems for better efficiency.

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, but experience is an advantage.
