Description
Responsibilities:

Property Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of commercial office buildings, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and technical standards.

Engineering Oversight: Manage MEPFS systems, ensuring optimal performance, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs.

Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and deliver accurate financial reports to stakeholders.

Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, supervise vendors, and ensure service quality and performance standards are met.

Security & Risk Management: Implement and monitor security protocols, risk assessments, and emergency response plans, particularly in high-security environments.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, addressing concerns and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Leadership & Team Development: Lead property management staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Technology Utilization: Leverage property management software and technology tools to streamline operations and reporting.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to building codes, health and safety regulations, and corporate standards.

Emergency Response: Act promptly to after-hours incidents, emergencies, or client requests to minimize disruption and maintain safety.


Job Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Licensed Engineer (mandatory)
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation is an advantage
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in commercial property management
  • Proven track record managing commercial office buildings
  • Strong background in MEPFS engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary systems)
  • Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Vendor management and contract negotiations
  • Security and risk management, including regulated and high-security environments

  1. Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies, holidays, and on-call client requirements
  2. Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management
  3. Strong organizational and compliance mindset
