Business Development Officer, Makati

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.

Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property management services.

Market Analysis & Research: Conduct market studies to assess industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.

Contract Negotiation: Manage negotiations to secure favorable terms for both clients and the company.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration: Work closely with operations and property management teams to align sales strategies with service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or Engineering.
• Minimum 25 years of proven experience in:

1. Lead Generation
2. Sales and Marketing
3. Market Analysis and Research
4. Proposal Development
5. Contract Negotiation

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of property management industry trends and practices is an advantage.
