Sales Associate Job Description

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive store experience. The role includes helping customers choose products based on their needs, maintaining organized displays, and supporting daily store operations. The Sales Associate also handles payment transactions, monitors inventory levels, and keeps the store clean and presentable at all times. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least a high school or senior high school graduate, with a minimum of six months of retail or customer service experience. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be physically fit to handle store duties, and be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
