Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a manpower agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Handle workplace disputes, complaints, and disciplinary cases
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Advise management on legal risks and best practices
- Support managers in performance management processes
- Guide disciplinary actions and documentation
- Help implement performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Design programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Analyze employee feedback (surveys, exit interviews)
- Maintain records of employee relations cases
- Prepare reports on trends, issues, and resolutions
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
