Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a manpower agency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
  • Handle workplace disputes, complaints, and disciplinary cases
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Advise management on legal risks and best practices
  • Support managers in performance management processes
  • Guide disciplinary actions and documentation
  • Help implement performance improvement plans (PIPs)
  • Design programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze employee feedback (surveys, exit interviews)
  • Maintain records of employee relations cases
  • Prepare reports on trends, issues, and resolutions
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
