Role Overview

We are seeking a mature, seasoned, and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and client account management efforts in the Philippines market. The ideal candidate will have strong industry exposure, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in the IT services domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales and business development for IT managed services and T&M staffing solutions
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target industries
  • Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Engage with CXOs, hiring managers, and procurement teams to understand client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth areas


Requirements

  • Minimum 67 years of proven experience in IT sales, specifically in:
  • IT Managed Services
  • Staff Augmentation / T&M model
  • Strong experience in client account management and hunting new business
  • Established network within enterprise clients in the Philippines market is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Mature, self-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
