DINING MANAGER, Makati

We are looking for EXPERIENCED Dining Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and successful operation of the fine dining's facilities. This positions comes with SERVICE CHARGE, FREE MEALS, and TIPS.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining room staff, including servers, hosts, and support personnel
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained at all times
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline dining operations and improve overall efficiency
• Monitor and analyze dining room performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Participate in the hiring, training, and development of the dining room team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Proven experience as a Dining Manager or similar position
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
