- Create visually engaging presentations, flyers, and other communication materials using Canva.
- Develop and update flowcharts, organizational charts, and process diagrams using Draw.io or Visio.
- Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail) efficiently for scheduling, data management, and communication.
- Draft and proofread internal communications, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
