  • Develop and update flowcharts, organizational charts, and process diagrams using Draw.io or Visio.
  • Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail) efficiently for scheduling, data management, and communication.
  • Draft and proofread internal communications, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
