Administrative:
- Assist in HR tasks
- Manage filing and documentation (contracts, records, permits, reports)
- Handle scheduling and coordination (meetings, interviews, permits)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Email)
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and 201 files
- Support timekeeping and basic payroll coordination
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information
