Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Automotive or related courses
• With at least 5 years experience in handling aftersales operations particularly in car dealership
• With at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Can attend Face to Face interview
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and coordinate all aftersales operations, including customer support, product assistance, and warranty handling
• Create and execute strategies to enhance service quality and strengthen customer loyalty
• Track aftersales performance, key service metrics, and customer feedback to continuously improve operations
• Manage warranty claims, product returns, and all related service documentation
• Guide and train aftersales personnel to maintain excellent service standards
