Job Summary:

Metal Minds is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to drive our sales efforts in the construction and real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves working closely with clients and our technical team to deliver exceptional aluminum and glass fabrication solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
• Identify and pursue new leads in the construction and real estate sectors.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions for aluminum and glass needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product pitches to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the Technical Supervisor to provide accurate quotes and timelines.
• Track and update client interactions, sales leads, and projects statuses using CRM or Excel.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client concerns or inquiries.
• Participate in marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, or promotional activities.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Knowledge of the construction or real estate industry is a plus.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
