Proposal Project Manager, Makati

This role is a mix of project management + writing + coordination. You will help the company respond to client requests (called RFPs or Request for Proposals), which are basically documents where clients ask, What services can you offer us and how? Your job is to organize, manage, and complete these proposals with the help of different teams.

• Read and understand client requirements (RFP documents)
• Create timelines and make sure everything is completed on schedule
• Coordinate with different teams (pricing, operations, etc.) to gather needed information
• Manage meetings, take notes, and track action items
• Make sure all proposal content is complete, accurate, and aligned with client needs
• Handle special requests or additional analysis from clients
• Monitor progress and flag any risks or delays
• Submit the final proposal to the client
• Support follow-ups if the client has more questions

• At least 34 years experience in RFP writing (preferably in healthcare or pharmacy-related work)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Good at organizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
