Marketing Assistant (Urgent Hiring), Makati

Description:

• To handle and assist with the following:

1. Issuance of policies
2. Servicing brokers and clients
3. Reaching out to brokers
4. Collecting and issuance of service invoices
5. Pre-evaluating the underwriting documents
6. Handling deliveries and record keeping
7. Sending renewal notices and process renewals
8. Updating the pipeline and communicating to other departments

• Focus on the turnaround time of issuance/endorsements, proper tagging of commission rates and commission remittance after being processed by Treasury Group and CWT from Accounting Group.
• Monitor and respond to email and calls

Requirements:

• Graduate of business-related courses
• Preferably with experience in managing broker accounts in a non-life insurance setting
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• MS Office proficient and familiar with insurance system
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn basic non-life insurance and can work under pressure
