Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing materials, goods, and services
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Track shipments and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
  • Analyze supply chain processes and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures
  • Assist in demand planning and forecasting
  • Handle documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Knowledge in inventory systems and procurement processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
