Site Supervisor, Makati

Key Duties:

• Meet with potential clients to evaluate site conditions and project needs
• Develop project budgets, quotations, and technical proposals
• Communicate with clients to clarify specifications and requirements
• Supervise awarded projects from kickoff to completion
• Coordinate schedules, workforce, materials, and subcontracted work
• Perform regular site visits to check progress and quality
• Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with agreed standards

Scope of Work:

• May oversee several smaller-scale projects at the same time, or
• Take full responsibility for a larger, more complex project

Requirements:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Must hold a valid PRC Engineering license
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a related role
• Background in construction or project execution is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
• Driving skills with a valid license are an added benefit
