Main Duties and Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate the existing internal control systems, measures, and procedures, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct accurate physical counts of stock inventory.
Perform inventory analysis and examine the consistency of records and documents.
Conduct accurate audits of branch funds.
Prepare organized and accurate audit reports.
Prepare Consignment and Outright Sales Reports.
Provide technical support for minor system and database issues.
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements & Qualification Guide

College graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or any related field.
Preferably with audit experience in a retail business or extensive inventory audit experience.
Knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel.
Detail-oriented, fast learner, and highly organized.
Assertive and able to communicate effectively with people at different levels.
