Senior Technical Manager - RENEWABLE ENERGY, Makati

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical management and solution development for solar, wind, and energy storage projects
• Prepare technical proposals during tender stage (system design, energy yield analysis, construction planning)
• Optimize project designs based on local environmental conditions (e.g., typhoon, high temperature, humidity)
• Provide technical oversight during construction and ensure quality standards are met
• Support equipment selection (modules, inverters, mounting systems) and supplier evaluation
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and EPC teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and grid requirements (e.g., DOE, ERC)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in renewable energy projects, with exposure to utility-scale solar or wind
• Strong knowledge of PV system design, energy yield analysis, and construction practices
• Proven experience in technical proposal preparation for tenders
