We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Merchandiser to manage product presentation, inventory levels, and sales performance. The Merchandiser will ensure that products are well-stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards to maximize customer engagement and sales.

• Proven experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is an advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management systems

• Plan and execute product displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking
• Analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize product placement and assortment
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales performance, and product movement
