Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruitment experience and is passionate about sourcing and connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews and evaluations
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Post job ads and utilize various sourcing channels
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools is an advantage
