Accountant Assistant, Makati

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support our finance team in managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, reports, and documents
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Monitor and track expenses and budget allocations
• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions
• Assist auditors and provide necessary documentation when required

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Good communication and interpersonal skill

• Experience with bookkeeping and data entry
• Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
