The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing strategic HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) accounts within the food and beverage industry. This role ensures strong client relationships, drives sales growth, and delivers tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of HoReCa partners. The position requires a blend of account management expertise, industry knowledge, and proactive business development.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HoReCa clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve sales targets by promoting food and beverage products to HoReCa partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within the HoReCa segment and expand market share.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms aligned with company policies.
Market & Industry Insights
- Monitor HoReCa industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance and market demands.
- Collaborate with marketing to design promotions and campaigns tailored to HoReCa accounts.
Operational Coordination
- Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with finance for billing, collections, and account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong background in handling HoReCa accounts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
