Customer Advisor, Makati

Job Summary:

The Customer Advisor assists customers in choosing the right health and wellness products while providing excellent customer service in the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting vitamins, supplements, and healthy products
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays
• Monitor product availability and assist in restocking shelves
• Support sales targets and promote Healthy Options products
• Handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in cashiering and basic store operations when needed

Qualifications:

• College graduate  (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Interest in health, wellness, and organic products
• Willing to work in a retail store environment
• Positive attitude and team player
