HIRING: Retail Sales Lead Gadget Store

Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Work Setup: On-site

We are looking for a proactive Retail Sales Lead who can guide the sales team, maintain smooth store operations, and help drive sales performance in our gadget and electronics store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sales activities and support the team in meeting store targets
• Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information
• Monitor product availability and coordinate restocking when needed
• Ensure proper product display and maintain an organized sales floor
• Help address customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Support store management in implementing sales strategies and promotions
• Provide guidance and basic coaching to sales staff when necessary

Qualifications:

• College level (any course)
• With background in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• Confident in communicating with customers and handling inquiries
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
