Electrical Engineer, Makati

Provide technical support to the sales team and customers regarding product specifications, applications, and installation requirements.

Review customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions based on technical needs.

Conduct technical research and analysis to support product applications and improvements.

Prepare technical documentation, product information, and reference materials for internal teams and clients.

Develop and deliver technical presentations to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Participate in client meetings to discuss technical requirements, solutions, and project implementation.

Provide training or guidance on product usage, installation, and best practices when required.

Assist in evaluating cost-efficient solutions and alternative product applications.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during project implementation or technical activities.

Support product promotion and provide technical assistance before and after project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and must be licensed/registered.

At least 1 year of experience in technical support, engineering, or product applications is an advantage.

Strong understanding of technical specifications, systems, and product applications.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of technical design tools is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
