Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the packing team, organizing and assigning tasks.
  • Ensure all packed items meet quality standards and address any issues.
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing training to improve skills.
  • Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to boost efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on packing performance and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Solve packing-related problems quickly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelors Degree or any related area
  • With 1 to 2 years of working experience in related fields
  • Knowledge of packaging processes, organizational skills, quality control, team management, problem-solving skills,
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, written and oral communication skills, sharp attention to detail.
