Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and minor repair of store facilities, equipment, and machinery.
• Inspect electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and other equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Schedule and carry out preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdown and ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and fix minor issues related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural problems.
• Respond to maintenance requests from employees or departments.
• Keep records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Follow and implement safety standards and procedures during maintenance work.
• Work with external technicians or service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure that maintenance tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
• Inform management about major repairs, equipment replacement, or facility improvements needed.
