Description
  • Responsible for compiling, maintaining and updating employee records
  • Responsible for maintaining employee attendance and leaves
  • Responsible for monitoring and distributing evaluation forms for regularization of employees
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Organizing and coordinating HR and company-related events/activities
  • Assist with the recruitment process - performing reference check
  • Assist with enrollment and processing benefit - related requests
  • Monitoring personnel movement
  • Keep up date with the latest HR trends and best practices

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Psychology or any related course
  • With at least 1 year work related experience
  • Excellent skill in oral and written communication
  • Knowledgeable or exposure to labor law
