Job description:

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and memoranda
  • Assist in legal research and compile relevant case law, statutes, and precedents
  • Manage and organize legal files, both electronic and paper-based
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and track case deadlines
  • Liaise with internal teams, government agencies, clients, and external counsel
  • Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory compliance and permits

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, or any equivalent course
  • At least 3 months experience as a Legal Assistant
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Flexible, organized, has keen attention to details and has strong communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City
