Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• At least1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to job portals, social media hiring, and interview coordination is desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate records
• Support offer rollouts and onboarding activities
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
