Qualifications:
College graduate (Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related course)
With experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality service
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional, and presentable
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist hotel guests with their needs
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Coordinate with different hotel departments
Maintain a positive and professional image of the hotel
