Junior Finance Associate/Bookkeeper

Job Description:

• Experience in preparing financial Statement, bank reconciliation, etc.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly
• Prepare and issue invoices, track accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Process accounts payable, including verifying bills, preparing payments, and maintaining vendor records
• Maintain and update general ledgers in compliance with accounting standards
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (BSA) or Management Accounting
• Internship experience/background with tax/financial statement/audit experience
• Amenable working ONSITE in Boni, Mandaluyong City
