Qualification:
- Bachelor degree of Accountancy, Financial Management or any related field
- at least with 2-5 years experience as a OFFICE CUM, FINANCE AND HR/ADMIN MANAGER
- Relevant certifications, such as a CPA or SPHR, can be beneficial
- Proficiency in handling full-set accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger), financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with payroll processing, employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR databases.
- General office management, record-keeping, supply management, and coordinating administrative workflows
- Proficiency in accounting software and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is crucial.
- A strong ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and stakeholders
- The ability to supervise and manage administrative and finance teams.
- A meticulous approach to tasks is essential, especially in financial and administrative work.
- Strong analytical skills are needed for financial reporting and problem-solving.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- To plan and monitor the department of Human Resources, Office Administration and FAD to ensure smooth operations.
- To prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- To manage and supervise accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments and collections.
- To prepare and review with payroll processing and related compliance.
- To prepare monthly, quarterly, annually budgets and forecast.
- To prepare documents and apply for various permits such as business permit, building PTI & PTO, and etc.
- Ready and prepare with tax preparation and compliance
- To maintain and update financial system and software
- To perform and supervise accounting tasks, reconcile accounts (bank reconciliation, etc.), and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Maintain updated and accurate records of financial transactions data.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standard regulations
- Process financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and adjustments.
- Prepare reports and provide financial information to management and other stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvement in accounting and finance areas.
- Performs other tasks as required by the company.
