Job description:

Key Deliverables:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): o Prepare and analyze monthly internal P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. o Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the business. o Coordinate and deliver monthly and quarterly financial outlooks and variance analysis. o Develop insightful management reporting and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. o Partner with accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close and reporting processes.
• Commercial Finance Support: o Act as a finance business partner to Sales and Marketing teams, supporting on: o Trade promotions planning, evaluation, and ROI analysis. o New product launches: financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance tracking. o Customer and product-level profitability analysis. o Support pricing strategy and discounting decisions with data-driven insights. o Conduct pre- and post-promotion financial reviews to optimize future investments. o Assist in building business cases for marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing. o Support ad hoc strategic projects and financial modeling for business development opportunities. o Prepare materials and presentations for internal stakeholders, including Executive Leadership.
