JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Open for Fresh Graduate and Undergraduate candidates
  • With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Amenable to attend interview
  • Can start as soon as possible


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Meet response time and satisfaction targets
