What the Partner Success Executive Looks Forward to Doing Well

As a Partner Success Executive, you will play a critical support role in strengthening partner relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring operational alignment. You will assist in onboarding, reporting, compliance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

What You Will Do

Partner Relationship & Engagement Support

  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships by addressing partner inquiries and coordinating required information
  • Support onboarding activities and quarterly business reviews
  • Provide basic guidance on platform features, processes, and requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support partner retention and operational alignment


Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and monitor partner performance metrics such as sales reports, SLA indicators, and operational updates
  • Gather, organize, and validate performance data for reporting purposes
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Document partner progress, results, and key interaction records


Data Consolidation & Analysis

  • Collect and analyze partner-related data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement
  • Consolidate monthly sales reports and other performance datasets
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted partner materials


Operational & Documentation Support

  • Prepare educational materials and resources to support partner platform usage and best practices
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements and documentation needs
  • Ensure timely submission of partner-related documents to relevant teams
  • Support supervisors in executing partner success initiatives


Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all actions and decisions align with company Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices in accordance with DOLE DO 198-18 series of 2018
  • Perform other related tasks as required by immediate superior


Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Operates in a professional office environment
  • Primarily sedentary work involving sitting, typing, and computer usage
  • May require standing and walking for short periods
  • Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate minor deviations from set standards
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • May require overtime, irregular schedules (including weekends and holidays), and occasional travel

  • At least 23 years of experience in account management, partner support, operations, or related roles

  • Proficient in MS Office or similar reporting tools
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining data integrity
