The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and overall financial planning to ensure the organizations financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor budget performance and control expenditures
• Support strategic financial planning initiatives
• Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Present financial reports to management and stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Accounts Management
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Manage payroll processing
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
• Cash Flow Management
• Monitor cash flow to maintain operational stability
• Manage banking relationships
• Plan short-term and long-term liquidity needs
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
• Prepare documents for internal and external audits
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls
• Financial Analysis
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks
• Provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue growth
• Support investment and business decisions
• Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate and updated financial records
• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
