Building Maintenance Technician, Makati

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Address and resolve breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize operation interruptions.
• Identify and analyze the root cause of equipment malfunctions or system failures and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any observations. Update maintenance logs and reports as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or issues promptly.
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment or machinery, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Provide on-call support for emergency repairs and urgent maintenance issues outside regular working hours, as required.
• Do other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
