Finance Manager, Makati

Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor financial planning strategies and budgets.
• Provide forecasts and projections based on market trends and company performance.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage the budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets.
• Recommend adjustments to budget allocations based on financial analysis.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage cash flow to meet operational needs and investment requirements.
• Optimize cash management strategies to maximize returns and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and support.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability among team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) in financial management roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Odoo, Oracle, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
