• With experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred
• Knowledgeable in basic food preparation and kitchen operations
• Willing to work shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
• Hardworking, disciplined, and team player

• Assist in food preparation and cooking
• Prepare ingredients as instructed by senior chefs
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
• Follow kitchen SOPs and food safety standards
• Support daily kitchen operations
