Job Description

Manages project from the concept stage until the completion of the project with quality and satisfaction of Client. Ensures assigned projects are completed within the budget and schedule while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Licensed Architect
• Must have 13 years of experience with relevant capabilities

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of the company, business, brand and product;
• Deep understanding of the company and its position in the market industry;
• Upholds company values and integrity to the highest level;
• In-depth aptitude to analyze problems and to strategize for better solutions;
• With advance knowledge in Project Management, Construction Management and Engineering (MEPFS);
• Demonstrates ability to articulate latest industry trends and capability in applying such to potential and current projects with clarity and confidence;
• Sets a good moral character example to employees; Proficient in reviewing plans and detail drawings;
• Has design knowledge and background; construction background;
• Familiar with basic Interior and Architectural production drawings;
• Proficient computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook), and MS Project;
• Highly organized person.
