Job Description  

We are seeking dynamic and client-focused Sales Associates to promote and grow our platform investment products. The role focuses on helping clients access professionally managed investment strategies while building long-term client relationships and growing Assets Under Management (AUM).

Key responsibilities 

• Prospect and acquire new clients, expanding the client base. 
• Conduct engaging investment presentations and personalized client consultations to explain product features and benefits. 
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including account opening and documentation. 
• Perform client risk profiling and suitability assessments to recommend appropriate investment strategies. 
• Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, portfolio updates, and personalized support. 
• Monitor and manage client portfolios to encourage retention and growth of Assets Under Management (AUM). 
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and AUM growth objectives. 
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies. 
• Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline client onboarding and service processes.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred. 
• Proven sales or client relationship experience is advantageous. 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. 
• Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. 
• Genuine interest in financial markets and investment products. 
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive product and compliance training. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
