The Telemarketer serves as the first point of contact for clients due for policy renewal. The primary goal is to assist the team in coordinating upcoming policy renewals and help ensure accounts are renewed 45 days before policy expiry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to clients regarding policy renewals
  • Influence policyholders to renew their insurance coverage
  • Coordinate with clients and Account Executives via phone and email
  • Use prepared scripts to explain policy details and address renewal concerns
  • Ask relevant questions to understand client needs and requirements
  • Handle incoming inquiries related to policy renewals
  • Accurately record client requirements and follow up on sales requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agents to ensure smooth renewal processing.



Job Requirements

  • Preferably a college graduate (any course)
  • At least 6 months of telemarketing or Telesales experience
  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
