Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Hairstylist who can deliver high-quality hair services, mentor junior stylists, build strong client relationships, and help drive salon sales and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced haircutting, coloring, rebonding, perming, treatments, and styling services
• Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments
• Ensure all services meet salon quality standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Handle client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Recommend and upsell hair care products and treatments
• Help achieve monthly sales targets
• Guide and mentor junior hairstylists and assistants
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of salon tools and equipment

Qualifications:

• 35+ years experience as a hairstylist
• Strong knowledge of hair treatments and coloring techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Goal-oriented and sales-driven
